From Chartwell Shopping Centre, head northwest on Hukanui Road towards the intersection with Comries Road. Continue straight for about 1.5 km, then turn left onto Railside Place. The Classics Museum will be on your left at 11 Railside Place, Dinsdale. The entire walk should take approximately 20-25 minutes.

From Chartwell, walk to the nearest bus stop on Hukanui Road. Catch the Bus Route 14 towards Dinsdale. After about a 10-minute ride, get off at the stop near Railside Place. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to the museum, located at 11 Railside Place. The bus fare is approximately NZD 3.50.

If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from a local rental shop in Chartwell. Head out onto Hukanui Road, and cycle northwest for around 1.5 km until you reach Railside Place. The Classics Museum will be on your left. The biking distance is about 2 km and should take around 10 minutes.
