From Blenheim, head south on State Highway 1 towards Ward. Continue on SH1 for approximately 34 kilometers until you reach Ward. In Ward, take a left onto Ure Road. Follow Ure Road for about 4 kilometers. You will see signs for Sawcut Gorge. The parking area is located at 361 Ure Road, which is a short walk from the gorge itself.
