    Start your journey at the Nelson i-SITE Visitor Centre, located at 74 Trafalgar Street. Exit the i-SITE and head south on Trafalgar Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Hardy Street. Turn left onto Hardy Street and follow it as it curves right into Bridge Street. Keep walking until you reach the intersection with Rocks Road. Cross the road at the pedestrian crossing and continue west along Rocks Road. Follow the coastline, enjoying the views of the Tasman Bay. After about 30 minutes of walking, you will see Magazine Point on your left at 600 Rocks Road.

    From the Nelson city centre, head to the nearest bus stop on Trafalgar Street. Take the Nelson City bus (check local schedules) heading towards the Stoke area. You will need to ask the driver to drop you off at the stop closest to Rocks Road (it may be referred to as Rocks Road or the nearest bus stop). Once you disembark, head south on Rocks Road for approximately 10 minutes until you reach Magazine Point located at 600 Rocks Road.
