    If you're starting from the city center (The Square), head southeast on Main Street towards George Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rangitikei Street. Turn left onto Rangitikei Street and walk for about 1 kilometer. You'll pass a few shops and restaurants on your way. At the intersection with the railway line, turn right onto Tremaine Avenue. Continue on Tremaine Avenue until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto Botanical Road. Follow Botanical Road as it bends to the left and becomes Tip Road. Maxwells Park will be on your left after about 1 kilometer.

  • Bus

    From the city center (The Square), catch the bus route 1 or 2 from the bus stop on Main Street. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the times. Ride the bus until you reach the stop at the Awapuni Shopping Centre. From there, it's a short 15-minute walk: exit the shopping center and head southeast on Awapuni Road. Turn right onto Tip Road. Maxwells Park will be on your right after approximately 1 kilometer.

    If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in the city. Start from The Square and head to Main Street, cycling southeast.
