    From Punakaiki, head south on State Highway 6. Continue for about 35 kilometers, passing through the scenic coastal landscape. After approximately 30 minutes, you will reach the town of Greymouth. Once in Greymouth, take the exit onto Rutherglen Road. Follow Rutherglen Road for about 6 kilometers. Shantytown Heritage Park will be on your left at 316 Rutherglen Road. Parking is available on-site.
