From Queenstown, head to the Queenstown bus terminal located on Shotover Street. Look for the Glenorchy bus service, which operates regularly. Purchase a ticket to Glenorchy. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes and offers beautiful views of Lake Wakatipu. Once you arrive in Glenorchy, you will be dropped off at the main bus stop.

After getting off the bus at the Glenorchy main stop, head to the Glenorchy-Paradise Road. You will find signs directing you to the Paradise area. It is about a 30-minute walk (approximately 2.5 km) along this road. Be prepared for a scenic walk with stunning views of the mountains and valleys. Follow the road until you reach the Paradise Scheelite Mine, which is located along the Glenorchy-Paradise Road.

If you prefer a more adventurous route, consider renting a bike in Queenstown. You can find several bike rental shops in the city. Once you have your bike, take the bus to Glenorchy as mentioned earlier. After arriving in Glenorchy, ride along Glenorchy-Paradise Road.
