Walking
If you are starting from the Queenstown Gardens, exit the gardens and head south towards the city center. Walk along the waterfront on Marine Parade until you reach the intersection with Shotover Street. Turn right onto Shotover Street and continue walking for about 5 minutes. The Queenstown i-SITE Visitor Information Centre will be on your left at 22 Shotover Street, inside The Clocktower Building.

If you are near the Skyline Gondola, exit and walk down the hill back towards the city center. You will walk down Brecon Street until you reach the end, where it turns into Camp Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Shotover Street, then turn left. The Queenstown i-SITE Visitor Information Centre will be on your right at 22 Shotover Street, within The Clocktower Building.
