Walking
If you are starting from the Queenstown Gardens, exit the gardens through the main entrance onto Park Street. Turn left onto Camp Street and continue walking. Follow Camp Street until you reach the intersection with Shotover Street. Turn right onto Shotover Street and walk straight until you reach the junction with Beach Street. Turn left onto Beach Street, and you will find the RealNZ - Queenstown Visitor Centre at 88 Beach Street.

From the Queenstown Airport, take the shuttle bus that operates regularly into Queenstown town center. Once you arrive at the town center, walk towards Camp Street, then follow the walking directions provided above to reach the Visitor Centre.
