If you're driving from Nelson, take State Highway 60 towards Motueka. After about 25 minutes, turn left onto Riwaka-Kaiteriteri Road. Continue on this road for approximately 10 minutes until you reach Kaiteriteri. From Kaiteriteri, follow the signs for Abel Tasman National Park. You will eventually reach Tinline Bay after around 15 minutes on Tinline Bay Road. The final stretch is a scenic drive, and there is ample parking available at Tinline Bay.
