Car
From Hamilton, take State Highway 1 (SH1) south for about 50 kilometers until you reach the town of Meremere. At Meremere, take the exit for State Highway 2 (SH2) towards Port Waikato. Continue on SH2 for approximately 30 kilometers, passing through the small towns of Tuakau and Pukekohe. After Pukekohe, follow the signs to Kariotahi Beach, which will lead you onto Kariotahi Road. Keep driving until you reach the Otaua area. Kaiotahi Cliffs is located at Otaua 2682, which will be on your right. There is no entry fee to access the cliffs, and parking is available nearby.

From Hamilton, you can take a bus to Pukekohe. The bus service is provided by Busit or Intercity, and the journey takes around 1 hour. Once in Pukekohe, you will need to transfer to a local taxi or rideshare service (such as Uber) to reach Kaiotahi Cliffs in Otaua.
