Car
If you are driving from Hamilton, head north on State Highway 1 (SH1) for approximately 25 kilometers. Take the exit towards Ngāruawāhia and continue on the State Highway 39. Follow the signs for Ngāruawāhia and turn left onto Parker Road. Drive along Parker Road for about 4 kilometers until you reach 87 Parker Road, where the Kauri Loop Track entrance is located. Parking is available at the entrance.
Public Transportation
To reach Kauri Loop Track using public transport, start by taking a bus from Hamilton to Ngāruawāhia. You can catch a bus from the Hamilton Transport Centre which runs regularly to Ngāruawāhia. Once you arrive at the Ngāruawāhia bus station, you will need to walk approximately 3 kilometers to reach the entrance of Kauri Loop Track at 87 Parker Road. Alternatively, you can use a rideshare service or taxi from the bus station to the track entrance if you prefer not to walk.
