Walking
From the center of Wanaka, head south on Ardmore Street towards the lake. Continue walking until you reach the Wanaka Lakefront. Follow the lakefront path south, and enjoy the scenic views. After about 15 minutes, you will reach the junction with the Mount Aspiring Road. Turn right onto Mount Aspiring Road and continue walking for about 25 minutes. You will see Treble Cone Bar on your left side. It is a popular spot for both locals and tourists.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Wanaka. Start your journey by cycling south along Ardmore Street towards the lakefront. Once you reach the Wanaka Lakefront, take the path that leads south along the shore. Continue cycling for about 15 minutes until you reach the junction with Mount Aspiring Road. Turn right onto Mount Aspiring Road and cycle for another 25 minutes. Treble Cone Bar will be on your left-hand side.
Public Transport
Check the local bus schedule for the Wanaka area; there are buses that can take you towards Treble Cone. Board a bus heading towards the Treble Cone Ski Area. Make sure to ask the driver to let you know when to get off. The bus ride should take approximately 30-40 minutes, and you will be dropped off close to the Treble Cone Bar.
