From Wanaka, walk to the nearest bus stop at 'Wanaka i-SITE' located on Ardmore Street. Board the bus operated by Connectabus that heads towards Queenstown. Ensure you check the bus schedule for the correct departure times. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. After arriving in Queenstown, disembark at the 'Queenstown Bus Station'. From there, you can use a taxi or rideshare service to reach Coronet Peak, which is about a 20-minute drive from the bus station. Make sure to mention 'Coronet Peak' to the driver.
