If you are driving, the Pounamu Pathway - Museum of Kawatiri is located at 123 Palmerston Street, Westport 7825. From any location in West Coast, make your way to State Highway 6 (SH6). If you are coming from Greymouth, head north on SH6 for approximately 40 minutes until you reach Westport. Once in Westport, continue on SH6, which will turn into Palmerston Street. The museum is on your left side at number 123. There is parking available nearby.
