Car
From Apoyo Lagoon, head southwest on the main road (Carretera a Masaya). Continue on this road for about 3 kilometers until you reach a fork in the road. Take the left fork toward Comarca El Tunel. After about 1 kilometer, look for a sign for Jardin el Pigmeo. The entrance is on your right, and there is parking available.

Public Transportation
From Apoyo Lagoon, you can take a local bus or taxi to Masaya. Once in Masaya, find a bus heading to Comarca El Tunel. Inform the driver that you want to stop at Jardin el Pigmeo. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. After getting off, walk about 500 meters back towards the main road, and the entrance will be on your left. Ensure you have some small change for the bus fare, which is usually around 10-15 Cordobas.
