If you are driving from Masaya Volcano, head south on the main road towards Masaya city. Continue on the main road until you reach the intersection with the Carretera Masaya-Nandaime (Road 23). Turn left onto Carretera Masaya-Nandaime and drive for about 10 kilometers. Look for signs indicating El Zopilote, as El Boquete is located nearby. Once you reach the WX24+GFF address in El Zopilote, you will find El Boquete on the right.
