Walking
If you are already in the center of Masaya, start at the Masaya Market, which is a popular landmark. From the market, head west along Calle Central for about 1 kilometer. Keep walking until you reach the intersection with Avenida 2. Turn left onto Avenida 2 and continue until you see the large Plaza Convento San Francisco on your right. The plaza is easily recognizable by its colonial architecture and open space.

If you are near the Masaya's Cathedral, walk towards the central park, which is right across the street. From the park, head south on Calle del Comercio until you reach Calle Central.
