Exceeded Our Expectations

We visited Costa Rica recently for our annual family vacation and reached out to Jorge at Shalom travel to book our airport transfers - one for 3 members of our family and another for our daughter who was traveling alone. I was naturally worried about whether it would be safe for my daughter to travel from the airport to our hotel alone (90 minutes ride), however after talking to Jorge I was reassured that they would look after her as if she is their own family member and they actually did so. We ended up booking multiple tours with them and got their excellent assistance through out the trip and their entire team was very courteous, professional and world class in the service they provided.
