At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Route de Niamey and continue for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach Niamey. Once in Niamey, follow signs for Lazaret. The Mosquée Cité Caisse is located at G4WJ+V4M, which is near the Lazaret area. Parking is usually available nearby, but be mindful of local parking regulations.
