If you are driving from Manga to the Presidential Palace in Niamey, take the Route Nationale 1 heading west towards Niamey. The drive should take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic. Once you reach the outskirts of Niamey, follow signs for Goudel and continue until you reach the coordinates G38V+9P5. Look for the Presidential Palace on your left. Ensure you have enough fuel, as gas stations can be sparse on the route.
Public Transportation
To reach the Presidential Palace via public transport, start by taking a taxi or a shared taxi (known locally as a 'clando') from Manga to Niamey. The fare should range from 1,500 to 3,000 CFA Francs. Upon arrival in Niamey, head to the main bus station and look for a bus or shared taxi heading towards Goudel. The fare for this leg should be around 200 CFA Francs. Once you reach the Goudel area, ask locals for directions to the Presidential Palace located at G38V+9P5. Be prepared for a short walk, as public transportation may not drop you directly at the palace.
