    From Awhum Waterfall, head southwest on the main road towards Enugu. After approximately 12 km, take the exit towards New Karu. Continue on this road for about 16 km until you reach XHX2+FHX in New Karu. Look for signs leading to Karu Waterfalls. There is no entry fee for the waterfall, but ensure your vehicle has enough fuel for the round trip.

    Public Transportation

    To reach Karu Waterfalls from Awhum Waterfall using public transport, first take a motorcycle taxi (okada) or a local bus to Enugu Main Market (approximately 15-20 minutes). From the market, find a bus heading to New Karu. The fare is usually around 300 NGN. Once in New Karu, you can hire a motorcycle taxi to take you directly to the waterfalls for around 200-300 NGN, depending on negotiation.
