Getting There

Car
From Barup Waterfall, head south on the main road towards Minna. Continue on this road for about 25 kilometers until you reach a junction. At the junction, take the left turn onto Gawu-Kafin-Adunu-Beni Road. Drive for approximately 15 kilometers, and you will see signs for Gurara Waterfalls. The entrance to the waterfalls will be on your right. Please note that there may be a small entrance fee (around 500 Naira) to access the falls.

Public Transportation
Start your journey at Barup Waterfall by taking a motorcycle taxi (known locally as 'okada') to the nearest bus stop. From there, board a bus heading towards Minna. Inform the driver that you want to stop at Gawu-Kafin-Adunu-Beni Road. After approximately 25 kilometers, disembark at the junction and take a motorcycle taxi to Gurara Waterfalls. The motorcycle ride will take about 15 minutes. Expect to pay around 200 Naira for the bus ride and an additional 300 Naira for the motorcycle taxi.
