Private Car
From Efik, head east on the A4 road towards Calabar. Continue on the A4 for approximately 40 km until you reach the junction towards Ikom. Turn left onto the Ikom - Abanliko Road (HPJX+669). Follow this road for about 25 km until you see signs for Cross River National Park. The entrance is located along this road. Make sure to have some cash on hand, as there may be an entrance fee at the park.

Start by taking a bus or shared taxi from Efik to Calabar. This should cost around NGN 500 to NGN 800 and will take about 1 hour. Once in Calabar, look for a bus heading towards Ikom. The fare is approximately NGN 800 to NGN 1,200 and the journey will take about 1.5 to 2 hours. Ask the driver to drop you off at the junction for Ikom - Abanliko Road. From there, you will either need to hire a motorcycle taxi or walk approximately 5 km to the entrance of Cross River National Park. Be prepared to pay for the motorcycle taxi, which should cost around NGN 200 to NGN 500.
