If you are driving from the center of Efik, head southeast on the main road towards Duke Town. Follow the signs for Ekpo Eyo Drive. The National Museum is located at X88C+V98, Ekpo Eyo Drive, Duke Town, Calabar. Look for the museum on your left; there is ample parking available nearby. Please note that parking might incur a small fee, typically around 200 Naira.

You can take a commercial bus or 'Keke Napep' (tricycle) from any major bus stop in Efik. Ask the driver to take you to Duke Town. Once you reach Duke Town, inform the driver to drop you off at Ekpo Eyo Drive. The National Museum is a short walk from where you will be dropped off.
