Getting There

Car
From Kurra Falls, head southeast on the main road towards Akwanga. Continue driving for about 15 kilometers until you reach the junction leading to Arikia. Take a left turn at the junction and follow the road for approximately 10 kilometers. You will see signposts indicating the way to River Arikya. After another 5 kilometers, you will arrive at the location marked RMMF+C5, Arikia 950102, Nasarawa. Ensure to check the road conditions as some parts may be uneven.

Public Transportation
Start at the Kurra Falls bus station and take a local bus heading towards Akwanga. The fare is usually around 200 NGN. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the Akwanga junction. From there, you can either take a motorcycle taxi (okada) for about 300 NGN to the Arikia turnoff or wait for a bus that goes directly to Arikia. Once you reach the Arikia area, ask locals for directions to River Arikya, as it is a popular spot.
