From the central bus station in Urhobo, board a bus headed to Warri. Ensure the bus passes through Effurun. Once you arrive in Effurun, you can take a motorcycle taxi (okada) or a tricycle (keke) to Refinery Road. Inform the rider to take you to 'Dallas Leisure World, behind Casa De Pedro Hotels Main.' The motorcycle taxi fare should be around 100-200 Naira.
