Walking
If you are starting from the Uyo Central Market, head north towards the Uyo-Ikot Ekpene Road. Walk straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Ikpa Road. Continue walking on Ikpa Road for about 1 kilometer. Look for Ekpanya Street on your left; the Holy Ghost Ambassador Church is located off Ikpa Road on 8 Ekpanya Street, just a short walk down the street.

From the Uyo City Stadium, head southwest towards the Uyo-Ikot Ekpene Road. Turn left onto the road and follow it until you reach the Ikpa Road intersection. Take a right onto Ikpa Road. Ride along Ikpa Road for approximately 1.5 kilometers, then turn left onto Ekpanya Street. The church is located off Ikpa Road, specifically at 8 Ekpanya Street.
