Starting from the center of Slaughter Bay, head south on the main road, which is also known as the Bounty Road. Continue driving for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the entrance to Norfolk Island National Park on your left. Turn left into the park entrance and follow the signs directing you toward Bird Rock Lookout. After about 500 meters, you will find a parking area. The lookout is a short walk from the parking area, which is well marked.

Board the shuttle at any major stop within Slaughter Bay, and inform the driver that you are heading to Norfolk Island National Park. The ride will take approximately 15 minutes.
