From downtown Asheville, start at Pack Square Park. Then, turn right onto Victoria Rd. Continue on Victoria Rd for about 0.5 miles. The Asheville Museum of History will be on your right at 283 Victoria Rd.

If you are near the Asheville Art Museum or the Grove Arcade, head to the nearest bus stop and take the ART (Asheville Rides Transit) bus route that goes towards the East Asheville area. You can take the bus number 1 or 2. Ride for about 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Get off at the 'Victoria Rd & McDowell St' stop. From there, walk down Victoria Rd for about 0.2 miles; the Asheville Museum of History will be on your left at 283 Victoria Rd.
