    Start at the center of Boone, near the Appalachian State University campus. Head south on Blowing Rock Road (NC-321) towards Blowing Rock. Continue walking for approximately 2.5 miles. As you walk, you will pass by various shops and restaurants. Keep an eye out for the signs directing you to the Blue Ridge Parkway. When you reach the intersection with the Blue Ridge Parkway, turn left. The entrance to Julian Price Memorial Park will be on your right at Milepost 297.
