Start at the Boone Town Hall. Take the AppalCART bus (Route 2) towards Blowing Rock. The bus will take you along Highway 321 and drop you off at the Blowing Rock park and ride area. From there, transfer to the AppalCART Blowing Rock route (Route 1) that will take you closer to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Get off at the stop closest to the entrance of the Blue Ridge Parkway. From the bus stop, walk approximately 0.5 miles down the parkway until you see the entrance sign for Moses Cone Manor.
