Once on NC-24 E, continue for approximately 11 miles until you reach Swansboro. Take the exit toward Swansboro and merge onto NC-58 S. Follow NC-58 S for about 3 miles. Turn left onto State Rd 1511. After about half a mile, you will see the entrance to Hammocks Beach State Park on your left. Note that there is a small entrance fee of around $5-6 per person, with children under 4 free.
