From any location in Crystal Coast, get onto Highway 70 E. Continue on Highway 70 E until you reach the town of Beaufort. Once in Beaufort, follow signs to Harkers Island by taking Highway 101 S. Upon entering Harkers Island, turn onto Island Road (also known as 1800 Island Rd). The Cape Lookout Lighthouse is located at the end of Island Road.
