From Foothills, NC, head southwest on NC-28 S. Continue on NC-28 S for approximately 30 miles until you reach the junction with US-411 S. Turn left onto US-411 S and continue for about 10 miles. Merge onto TN-68 S and drive for another 9 miles. When you approach Tellico Plains, turn left onto River Rd. Follow River Rd for about 3 miles, and Bald River Falls will be on your right. There is no entrance fee to access the falls.
