If you are driving from Foothills, start by heading southeast on the main road towards US-321 S. Continue on US-321 S until you reach I-85 S. Merge onto I-85 S and follow it for approximately 60 miles. Take exit 22 for US-158 E towards Roanoke Rapids. Follow US-158 E for about 20 miles, then take the exit for NC-125 S. Continue on NC-125 S for approximately 15 miles until you reach Halifax. Turn left onto St David St, and the Halifax State Historic Site will be on your right at 25 St David St, Halifax, NC 27839. Please note that parking is available at the site.
