Getting There

    If you're starting from downtown Greenville, head northeast on Evans Street toward 5th Street. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with 10th Street. Turn left onto 10th Street and walk for another 0.5 miles. You will come to the intersection with Government Circle. Turn right on Government Circle. The Pitt County Arboretum will be on your left at 403 Government Cir. It's a short, pleasant walk of about 1.5 miles total.

    From downtown Greenville, head to the nearest bus stop on Evans Street. You can take the GUC Route 1 bus towards the Ayden area. Get off at the Government Circle stop. From there, it’s a short 5-minute walk to the Pitt County Arboretum. Walk straight ahead on Government Circle, and you will see the arboretum entrance on your left at 403 Government Cir.
