From anywhere in High Country, make your way to US-321 South. Continue on US-321 South until you reach the junction with US-421 South. Take the exit toward Wilkesboro/Boone and merge onto US-421 South. Follow US-421 South for approximately 40 miles until you reach the exit for NC-86 South toward Chapel Hill. Merge onto NC-86 South and continue for about 10 miles. Once you reach Chapel Hill, turn right onto New Hope Church Rd. Brumley Nature Preserve will be on your right at 3055 New Hope Church Rd, Chapel Hill, NC 27514.
