Merge onto US-52 North towards Mount Airy. In about an hour, take exit 123 for NC-135 toward Mayodan. Follow NC-135 for approximately 10 minutes, then turn left onto Old Mayo Park Rd. Continue straight for about 1 mile and you will see the entrance to Mayo River State Park on your right, located at 500 Old Mayo Park Rd, Mayodan, NC 27027.
