    If you're driving from Pisgah National Forest, start by heading east on US-276 S. Continue for about 15 miles until you reach the intersection with I-40 E. Merge onto I-40 E and follow it for approximately 20 miles. Take exit 64 for US-70 W toward Black Mountain. Continue on US-70 W for about 5 miles until you reach Black Mountain. Once in Black Mountain, turn left onto W State St. The Swannanoa Valley Museum & History Center will be located on your right at 223 W State St, Black Mountain, NC 28711.
