    If you are traveling by car within Pisgah National Forest, head towards Old Fort, NC. From the entrance of Pisgah National Forest, take US-276 N until you reach NC-280 E. Follow NC-280 E until you hit US-70 E. Turn right onto US-70 E and continue for about 10 miles. Take a left onto Catawba River Rd. The Catawba Falls parking area will be located on your right at 3074 Catawba River Rd, Old Fort, NC 28762. There is no parking fee.
