If you are in downtown Winston-Salem, you can take the WSTA bus. Board the bus at the nearest bus stop and take Route 88, which heads towards the Southside area. Ride for approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the stop at S Main St & E 10th St. From there, walk south on S Main St for about 5 minutes until you reach MESDA at 924 S Main St.

Walk south on S Main St for approximately 20 minutes until you arrive at MESDA, located at 924 S Main St.

If you have access to a bicycle, you can take the Greenway Trail from downtown Winston-Salem. Head south toward the trail entrance near the Winston-Salem Recreation Center. Follow the trail which leads to S Main St. Once on S Main St, ride south for about 10 minutes until you arrive at MESDA, located at 924 S Main St.
