    If you are traveling by car, start your journey in Badlands National Park. Take SD-240 W (Badlands Loop Road) out of the park and merge onto I-90 W. Continue on I-90 W for about 25 miles until you reach Exit 24 for ND-85 N toward Medora. Take ND-85 N for approximately 30 miles. As you approach Medora, turn left onto 36th St. Continue on 36th St for about 1 mile, and you will find Sully Creek State Park on your right at 1465 36th St, Medora, ND 58645.

    If you prefer public transportation, it is best to first reach the nearest major town, which is Dickinson, ND. From Badlands, take a bus service to Dickinson (check local schedules as they may vary). Once in Dickinson, you can take a taxi or rideshare service to reach Medora. The ride from Dickinson to Medora is about 25 miles. Upon arriving in Medora, follow the earlier directions (turn left onto 36th St and continue to Sully Creek State Park). Note that public transportation options may have limited schedules, so plan accordingly.
