If you are starting from downtown Grand Forks, make your way to N 3rd St. Head north until you reach the intersection with 1st Ave N. Turn left onto 1st Ave N. Continue walking west; you will pass by several shops and cafes. After a few blocks, you will see the Grand Forks Historic Preservation Commission located at 1405 1st Ave N on your right. The building is easily identifiable and is situated near the corner of 1st Ave N and N 15th St.

From the nearest bus stop in downtown Grand Forks, take the #2 bus heading north. Stay on the bus for approximately 10 minutes. Get off at the stop nearest to 1st Ave N and N 15th St. From there, walk east on 1st Ave N for about 2 blocks until you reach 1405 1st Ave N, where the Grand Forks Historic Preservation Commission is located. This building is on the right side of the street.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the Greenway Trail near downtown. Ride north on the trail until you reach the intersection of N 3rd St. Turn right onto N 3rd St and continue until you reach 1st Ave N. Turn left on 1st Ave N and head west for about 5 blocks. The Grand Forks Historic Preservation Commission will be on your right at 1405 1st Ave N. There are bike racks available near the entrance.
