Take a left onto Memorial Hwy and follow it as it turns into Bismarck. This highway will eventually lead you to Burnt Boat Rd. Continue on Burnt Boat Rd, and the Bismarck-Mandan Tourist Center will be on your right at 1600 Burnt Boat Rd.
