    Walking

    If you are starting from downtown Mandan, head south on 1st St SE towards E Main St. Turn left onto E Main St and continue walking until you reach the intersection with 3rd St SE. Turn right onto 3rd St SE and continue walking until you reach the intersection with the railroad tracks. You can cross the tracks and continue straight onto River Rd. Once you reach River Rd, turn left and follow it for about 1.5 miles. You will see Pioneer Park on your right, located at the intersection of River Rd and Burnt Boat Dr.

    Biking

    Starting from downtown Mandan, head south on 1st St SE towards E Main St. Turn left onto E Main St, and then right onto 3rd St SE. Follow 3rd St SE until you reach the intersection with the railroad tracks. Cross the tracks and continue straight onto River Rd. This route is approximately 1.5 miles and is bike-friendly, allowing you to reach Pioneer Park easily on your left as you approach the intersection with Burnt Boat Dr.

    From downtown Mandan, check the local bus schedule for routes heading towards Bismarck or River Rd. Board the bus and ask the driver to inform you when you reach the stop nearest to the intersection of River Rd and Burnt Boat Dr. Once you disembark, walk south along River Rd, and you will arrive at Pioneer Park, which will be on your right.
