From the city center of Grand Forks, head west on University Ave towards S 42nd St. Continue onto US-2 W. Once you reach the intersection with ND-32 N, turn left onto ND-32 N. Follow ND-32 N and then turn right onto Park Ave NE. Continue for about 5 miles, and you will arrive at Turtle River State Park located at 3084 Park Ave NE, Arvilla, ND 58214. The entrance fee to the park is typically around $7 per vehicle.
