Continue on US-10 for approximately 25 miles until you reach the junction with I-29. Merge onto I-29 North and travel for about 18 miles. Take exit 64B for 13th Ave S and turn left onto 13th Ave S. Follow 13th Ave S for approximately 1 mile until you reach 23rd Ave S. Turn right onto 23rd Ave S, and the zoo will be on your left. Parking is available on-site, and there may be a parking fee of around $5.
