Car
From any location within the Turtle Mountains, head southeast on ND-3 S (also known as Turtle Mountain Scenic Byway). Continue for approximately 25 miles until you reach the intersection with US-2 E. Take the exit to merge onto US-2 E toward Devils Lake. After about 19 miles, take the exit toward ND-19 S. Follow ND-19 S for about 10 miles until you reach the intersection with S Duncan Rd. Turn left onto S Duncan Rd, and after approximately 1 mile, you will arrive at Devils Lake State Park, located at 152 S Duncan Rd, Devils Lake, ND 58301.

If you are relying on public transportation, start by taking a local bus or shuttle service from within Turtle Mountains to the nearest major bus terminal, which is usually in a nearby town like Bottineau or Minot. From there, book a Greyhound or equivalent bus service heading to Devils Lake. Once you arrive at the Devils Lake bus station, you can use a local taxi service or rideshare app to reach the park at 152 S Duncan Rd. Please note that bus services may have limited schedules, so check the current timetable in advance.
