If you are traveling by car within Turtle Mountains, start from the main highway, ND-5. Drive towards Belcourt, ND. Once you reach Belcourt, turn onto Sky Dancer Way NE. Continue on this road for approximately 1 mile. The Turtle Mountain Chippewa Heritage Center will be on your right at 3959 Sky Dancer Way NE. Look for the signage indicating the Heritage Center.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, check local bus schedules that service Belcourt. Once you arrive in Belcourt, you may need to take a taxi or rideshare service to Sky Dancer Way NE. The Heritage Center is about a 5-minute drive from the town center. Be sure to confirm the fare with the driver before starting your trip; taxi fares may vary.
Walking
If you are already in Belcourt and prefer to walk, head towards Sky Dancer Way NE from the downtown area. It is approximately a 20-minute walk (1 mile) from the center of Belcourt. Walk northeast along the main road, then turn right onto Sky Dancer Way NE. The Turtle Mountain Chippewa Heritage Center will be on your right.
