Walking
From the central area of Valley City, start at the intersection of Main Street and 2nd Avenue NW. Head east on Main Street for about three blocks. You will pass a few local shops and cafes. Continue walking until you reach 6th Avenue SE. At this point, you should see a large sign for Municipal Tourist Park on your left. Continue straight for one more block, and the park entrance will be on your left at 675 Main St E.

If you have a bicycle, start at the Valley City State University campus. Exit the campus onto 4th Avenue SE and head north until you reach Main Street. Turn left onto Main Street and continue heading west. After about 0.5 miles, Municipal Tourist Park will be on your right at 675 Main St E. There are bike racks available at the entrance of the park.
